Request for Inclusion on Board Agenda

Requests for inclusion on the Board’s agenda must be submitted on a Request for Inclusion on Board Agenda form to the Agenda-Setting Committee one business day prior to its meeting. Please refer to the online Governing Board calendar for upcoming Board and Committee meeting dates. The form may be delivered to the School Office or sent electronically at [email protected].

The Agenda-Setting Committee reviews all Requests to determine how a particular issue may best be addressed. For example, it may be referred to the School Director, included on an upcoming or future Board agenda, or deferred indefinitely.

If you would like to speak to the Board regarding an agenda item, the Board allots time at the beginning of each Board meeting for public input. Written public input is optional but encouraged. The Governing Board email address is [email protected].
