Laupāhoehoe Community Public Charter School’s mission is to emphasize hands-on learning and academic success where every student is known, valued, and loved using community partnerships and resources while instilling traditional cultural values.

Laupāhoehoe Community Public Charter School exists so that students are job, school, and life ready at a cost that demonstrates good stewardship of the resources.
This is further defined to include, but not limited to:
- Students achieve mastery of core subjects, including English Language Arts, Social Studies, Math, and Science.
- Students build a strong foundation of identity.
- Students demonstrate life and career skills.
