Our Strategic Plan

LCPCS has partnered with Eric Kapono of Advancement Services for Native Nonprofits to engage the community in this process. Success will look like a strategic plan document that serves as living manual and reference point for school leadership, heightened engagement of stakeholders in moving the organization forward, and increased organizational capacity towards strategic planning.

 

We are developing a 5 year strategic plan as a way to show the community our intentions for the school success. A 5-year strategic plan is a crucial tool for a school because it provides a long-term roadmap for improvement and growth. It's more than just a list of goals; it's a comprehensive document that defines the school's vision, mission, and values, and outlines the specific steps it will take to achieve success.
