Request for Inclusion on Board Agenda

To request that an item be considered for inclusion on the LCPCS Governing Board agenda, please submit a completed Request for Inclusion Form to the governing board at least one business day before the scheduled meeting.

The form is available:

• In the school office, or

• By submitting it electronically using the link below.

Please refer to the online Governing Board calendar for upcoming Board and Committee meeting dates.

The governing board chair reviews all submitted requests and determines the appropriate next steps. Depending on the nature of the request, the matter may be:

• Referred to the School Director

• Placed on a current or future Governing Board agenda

• Deferred if further review is needed
