Request for Inclusion on Board Agenda

To request inclusion on the LCPS Governing Board’s agenda, please submit a completed Request for Inclusion Form to the Agenda-Setting Committee one business day before the scheduled meeting. You can find the form in the school office or submit it electronically to [email protected], or to the Governing Board Assistant at [email protected]. Please refer to the online Governing Board calendar for upcoming Board and Committee meeting dates.

The Agenda-Setting Committee reviews all requests and determines how each issue will be addressed. Depending on the nature of the request, it may be referred to the School Director, included on an upcoming or future Board agenda, or deferred indefinitely.

If you wish to speak to the Board about a particular agenda item, time is allocated at the beginning of each meeting for public input. Written public input is optional but encouraged. You may contact the Board directly via email at [email protected].
