Purpose and Agenda Discussion:

The Finance Committee is responsible for overseeing the financial health and sustainability of LCPCS. Meetings typically include:

• Review of quarterly financial reports and budget-to-actual performance

• Discussion of funding sources, including grants and state allocations

• Evaluation of upcoming financial needs and long-term planning

• Recommendations to the full Governing Board regarding budget adjustments

• Updates on audits, procurement, and compliance with financial policies

These meetings serve as a platform to ensure transparency and accountability in the school’s financial operations and to support informed decision-making by the Governing Board.
