LCPCS Detailed Implementation Plan

The Detailed Implementation Plan (DIP) is the document submitted as the application for our school's conversion charter in 2011. It described to the Charter School Review Panel the focus of the school as well as its operational details. The DIP has since been replaced by School Performance Contracts with the State of Hawai'i Public Charter School Commission, but continues to be a valuable source document to the Governing Board, School Director, and community members in policy-making and school operations.


The Governing Board acknowledges the DIP as the historical founding document which they will consult when program issues arise that there is no clear direction for in order to maintain the spirit and ideals with which this school was converted.
