The Governing Board of Laupāhoehoe Community Public Charter School is excited to announce an ongoing recruitment for new Governing Board appointees. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals who are dedicated to education and community service to make a significant impact.

    •  For online applications all you need to do is submit through the online form. 

    • Once your application is submitted you will be contacted to schedule a interview.

Qualifications
  • Commitment to Education: A strong desire to enhance the educational landscape of Laupāhoehoe Community Public Charter School.

  • Community Involvement: Experience or a keen interest in community service or local governance is advantageous.

  • Professional Skills: Skills in areas such as finance, law, education, or leadership will be beneficial.

Expectations
  • Active Participation: Governing Board members are expected to devote between 10-15 hours per month attending regular meetings and engaging actively in discussions and decision-making.

  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the strategic planning and policy development for the school.

  • Advocacy and Support: Serve as an advocate for the school within the community and beyond.
